Waterproofing
Pans, curbs, niches and wall assemblies detailed and flood-tested before tile.
Bathroom remodeling • Livermore, California
Waterproofing first, finishes second. The parts you never see are what keep the parts you do see looking new.
Most bathroom failures are water failures — a pan detail skipped, a curb left porous, a niche cut without a slope. We build wet areas as a system, then test before a single tile goes on.
Once the assembly is right, the visible work gets the attention it deserves: tile layout planned around the room's sightlines, glass measured after tile, fixtures set square, and transitions that read intentional.

What the work includes
Pans, curbs, niches and wall assemblies detailed and flood-tested before tile.
Layout planned from the room's focal points so cuts and grout lines fall where they read cleanly.
Valve heights, drain locations and exhaust ventilation sized and placed correctly.
Curbless entries, blocking for grab bars and bench heights when the project calls for them.
Project types
Typical bathroom remodeling projects we take on across Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon and the wider Tri-Valley.
Our process
The same four stages on every project, so you always know where things stand.
We walk the space, listen to how you use it and define scope, priorities and realistic budget ranges before anything is promised.
Selections, sequencing, materials and schedule are documented so expectations are aligned before the first day of work.
Clean, protected job sites and coordinated trades. Progress is communicated and quality is checked as the work advances.
We review the finished work together, address every detail on the list and hand over a project that is genuinely complete.
Questions
Yes, and it is one of our most common bathroom projects. It involves drain relocation, framing adjustments and a new waterproofed pan, all of which we handle.
Yes. We can recess the framing for a flush entry and add blocking for grab bars or a bench during the rough-in stage.
Work is contained to the bathroom with floor protection and dust control on the path in and out. If it is the only bathroom, we plan the sequence around that.
We will walk selections with you and flag anything that will complicate the installation, then set out the layout before anything is fixed in place.
