What areas do you work in?
We are based in Livermore and work throughout the Tri-Valley and East Bay, including Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Blackhawk, Fremont, Castro Valley and Walnut Creek.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. When a scope requires permits, we prepare the applications, coordinate with the building department and schedule the required inspections.
Can we live in the house during construction?
Often, yes. We phase work, isolate work areas and protect finished spaces. On larger structural projects we will tell you honestly when moving out is the better option.
