Do I need a full replacement or just a repair?
We inspect first and tell you honestly. Isolated flashing or penetration failures are often repairable; widespread granule loss, brittle material or deck damage usually means replacement.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes are a matter of days once material is on site, weather permitting. We give you the schedule before we start.
Can you find the source of a leak?
Yes. Water often travels well away from its entry point, so we trace it back to the actual failure rather than patching the stain.
Do you replace gutters at the same time?
We can. Handling gutters and edge metal with the roof means the water management works as one system instead of two separate jobs.
