Structural changes
Load paths engineered and beams sized before a wall comes out, not after.
Home remodeling • Livermore, California
Whole-home and multi-room renovations coordinated by one contractor, from framing changes through final paint.
A full remodel is a sequencing problem before it is a craftsmanship problem. Walls, mechanical, insulation, drywall, flooring, trim and paint all have to happen in the right order, with inspections in between, or the finish suffers.
We plan the whole route first — including what happens to the parts of the house you are still living in — and hold every room to the same standard, so a project finished over several months still reads as one continuous piece of work.

What the work includes
Load paths engineered and beams sized before a wall comes out, not after.
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC brought up to what the new layout actually needs.
Drywall, flooring, trim and built-ins installed so planes and reveals stay straight room to room.
Work grouped so you keep usable living space and know which rooms are offline each week.
Project types
Typical home remodeling projects we take on across Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon and the wider Tri-Valley.
Our process
The same four stages on every project, so you always know where things stand.
We walk the space, listen to how you use it and define scope, priorities and realistic budget ranges before anything is promised.
Selections, sequencing, materials and schedule are documented so expectations are aligned before the first day of work.
Clean, protected job sites and coordinated trades. Progress is communicated and quality is checked as the work advances.
We review the finished work together, address every detail on the list and hand over a project that is genuinely complete.
Questions
Yes, when the structure allows. We confirm whether the wall is load-bearing, get the beam and post sizing engineered, and pull the permit before demolition.
We do both. Phased, room-by-room work keeps a house livable; doing it all at once is usually faster and less expensive overall. We will lay out the trade-offs.
We do. You have one contract and one point of contact, and we schedule and inspect every trade on the project.
It depends entirely on scope, structural work and finish level. We would rather walk the house and give you a real number than publish a range that means nothing.
